Dr. Calvin J. Watts Superintendent Clown Gwinnett County Public Schools

 

APE's first superintendent clown is Dr. Calvin J. Watts of Gwinnett County Public Schools. This clown became APE's first superintendent clown because of his lack of support for classroom teachers; in APE's opinion, superintendents should always support good classroom teachers. Not allowing teachers to resign from being trapped in a hurricane is unconscionable, laughable, and ludicrous. In APE's opinion, Dr. Calvin’s HR department, led by Ms. Cathy Hardin, should be dismantled and terminated. To maintain good relationships with teachers, you should treat them with the respect they deserve. 

We don’t care if you don’t support APE's stance on this issue. APE will always stand with classroom teachers. We don’t sell out our members to be accepted by the superintendent and board members. We don’t give out red apples to school board members at board meetings, but if you mess with one of our members, we will give you a rotten apple. Unlike GAE and PAGE, APE represents Only teachers, Not administrators.
